YZG/FZG系列真空干燥機(jī)
原理 Principle
所謂真空干燥，就是將干燥物料處在真空條件下，進(jìn)行加熱干燥，如果利用真空泵進(jìn)行抽氣抽濕，則加快了干燥速率。
注：如采用冷凝器，物料中的溶劑可通過冷凝器加以回收；如采用SK系列水環(huán)真空泵，可不用冷凝器，節(jié)省能源投資。
It is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material under the state of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum to pump air and humidity out, the dry speed will be faster.
Note: if use condenser, the solvent in raw material can be recovered. If apply SK series water ring vacuum pump, condenser might be canceled and the investment and every could be saved.

適用于在高溫下易分解，聚合和變質(zhì)的熱敏性物料的低溫干燥；被廣泛地采用在 制藥、化工、食品、電子等行業(yè)。
It is suitable for drying heat sensitive raw materials that can decompose or polymerize or deteriorate at high temperature. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.

特點(diǎn) Featrures
◎ 真空下物料溶液的沸點(diǎn)降低，使蒸發(fā)器的傳熱推動(dòng)力增大，因此對(duì)一定的傳熱量可以節(jié)省蒸發(fā)器的傳熱面積。
◎ 蒸發(fā)操作的熱源可采用低壓蒸汽或廢熱蒸汽。
◎ 蒸發(fā)器熱損失少。
◎ 在干燥前可進(jìn)行消毒處理，干燥過程中無任何不純物混入，符合GMP要求。
◎ 屬于靜態(tài)真空干燥器，故干燥物料的形體不會(huì)損壞。
◎ Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation efficiency higher. Therefore for a certain amount of heat transfer, the conducting area of dryer can be saved.
◎ The heat source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam.
◎ The heat loss is less.
◎ Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
◎ It belongs to static dryer. So the shape of raw material to be dried should not be destroyed.
